Terms and conditions for training work
Fees
Fees are determined individually and agreed with each client according to:
- type of organisation
- length of contract
- degree of liaison, preparation and advance meetings required
- number of facilitators required
Payment should be within 30 days from invoice,
and can be by BACS or cheque payable to Positive Comedy
Other costs to be added
Charges are normally added for travel expenditure, either:
- motor at 40p per mile, or
- rail/ taxi at cost
Travel by air is to be agreed in advance and either reimbursed or booked by client
Overnight accommodation is to be covered by client
Alterations and cancellations
Charges for cancellations as percentage of agreed fee are:
- 25% for cancellation within 1 month of planned event date
- 50% for cancellation within 2 weeks of planned event date
- 100% for cancellation within 1 week of planned event date
- but for a first postponement there will be no charge, provided
an alternative date is agreed and adhered to and out-of-pocket expenses are recovered
